Okay this is the hundredth time I’ve run into this and I’m at a loss.

Watch down, it’s Monday. Raise wrist, it’s
Tuesday.

Help. I don’t even know what the F this is about. How is this a thing?

It’s so frustrating. I’ve had some Watch faces display yesterday’s date while swiping over to the next Watch face will display the correct date.

Sounds like the Flux Capacitor is going funny. I'd report this one to Apple.
