Apple Watch Name

I noticed today that the exercise app was congratulating me with a name that wasn't mine. I bought this watch new so it's not a previous owner's name. Was wondering if anyone knew where I could change this.

I changed the name on my Apple Watch like I do on all my Apple products.

My wife had an original iPod shuffle called Shufflufugus.
She also had a 2nd generation Nano Product Red called Nanolicious.
My iPad Nano 6th generation (the little square one) is called Nano Nano (Mork and Mindy reference).
I'm big Lord of the Rings fan, so most of my recent iPhones have been named along those lines.
Black iPhone 4: The One Phone
White iPhone 5: Gandalf the White
White iPhone 6 Plus: Mithrandir
My iPad Mini Retina: dadPad
and my Apple Watch: Watch This

That's awesome and all but doesn't get on point with what OP means. His watch is using a different name for his user. Most likely something to do with the Apple ID or their contacts.

The Apple Watch name isn't relevant here, it's the name it's called me to congratulate me, my contact info with the correct name is set as me
