Apple Watch noise cancelling decibel meter

In this CNET video for the Airpods Pro 2 it shows the decibel level being reduced by the noise cancelling. Is this only available on the Series 8 and Ultra or will it be on all of the old watches too that support Watch OS9?

Was looking around for that on my Apple Watch as well. Hope that it comes to my Series 7. Looking forward to Watch OS9. The new two color watchfaces look nice as well, I wonder why Apple didn't make them before? Perhaps they use too much battery life.

Yeah I have a series 6 and it has a decibel meter, so not sure what exactly the difference is with the new one.
