I'm excited to get my :apple: watch tomorrow. I just got the aluminum Spigen stand.

I've used my iPhone as a nightstand clock - I have an app that dimly displays the time all night. I also use it as a morning alarm clock.

I'm hoping to now use the :apple: watch for this. Question though - when it is charging, does it keep the display so that the time is visible? Or would I have to tap the face at night to see the time?

You have to tap it. I don't know of any way to have the screen always on, even when charging.
