Apple Watch order cancel, and in store pickup Berlin

Hello,

I can't understand why, apple watch is avaliable in store pickup since people still waiting for oders.

Can I cancel my order and select in store pick up ? Do I need some documents, or just name of the apple id to pick up the watch, becouse in my apple id is my friend name and surname. What Can I do ?

If your order hasn't been shipped, you should be able to cancel it and reserve one for pickup (assuming there is available stock). If it's shipped, you can't cancel it but can return it when it arrives

Thanks, but what if my apple id is not for my name and surname ? And i have to pick it up at strickt hour or at the end of the day ?

You have to order one under an Apple ID and the name has to match your name (they ask for Photo ID when collecting it). You pick a 1/2 hour slot when you will pick it up. This is in the UK - I imagine it's the same everywhere

Can't you create an Apple ID in your own name?
