Remember that iPhone break-out board from a while back?
Someone has the Apple Watch S3 equivalent on eBay. This is the real deal, the original boards were re-used when the S1 chipset didn't get LTE. Looks like the proto S2 chip is included.

Nice proto and definitely real. The metal cage in the middle holds the chip, and you can connect the chips and other components onto it. These are rare boards!

You could probably use it to try and find flaws in the watch hardware and the S2 chip.
Collector bragging rights, too!

It's an internal apple board for testing and debugging the apple watch components. The FCC also used one: https://fccid.io/BCG-A1861/Test-Report/Part-90-Test-Report-3550450

The battery connects up at what is the top right of the picture, and the case at the top left. Bottom left is the buttons,

Bottom right ->left of the picture (top right of the board to top left) you have a lightning connector (E75), a couple of JTAG USB connectors

You can see the microSIM holder on the bottom of the board in the second picture
