Am I able to purchase an Apple Watch series 4 with cellular capability at Best Buy but no get a line for it? Maybe in the future but not now. Would be ATT in the future.
 
One last question, Best Buy shows online that it will notify me when it’s ready to ship. Has anyone purchased one at Best Buy online and if so, how long didn’t your order take to ship?

Depends. Did you order one that was in stock or back ordered?
 
If it’s backorder there should be a “ship by” date. Otherwise if it’s in stock it should ship within a day and you’ll get shipping options for speed. I think standard shipping is probably 3-5 business days

I would take that as it’s totally undetermined and who the eff knows when you’ll be getting it. Can you just order right from apple? At least they give you an actual date.

I personally ordered from Verizon and got my series 4 sport the next day
 
I want to put it on my Best Buy credit card alone with the iPad ore order. Plan to pay for it all in a month or 2 from now. Since Best Buy has no interest, it helps me out for that 1st month if I need 2 months to pay it all.

Apple offers interest free financing with Barclay you could use for the iPad and Watch, but that involves applying for another credit card of course.
