This week I'm trying to fill up all my Move circles in order to get that 1 week calorie goal achievement, and I've been doing good so far. Usually I climb lot of stairs every day at school so it's rather easy to achieve that calorie daily goal, but on weekends I'm not so active and spend most of my time on computer.
So yesterday evening I noticed my calories circle wasn't totally full, 130 calories was left and it started getting slightly dark outside. So I quickly dressed up, started Workout app, and begun running in my backyard for 15 minutes with a calorie goal!
If this buddy wasn't on my wrist, I would be sitting on my computer doing nothing. I really love how you're rewarded after efforts!
