my Apple Watch 3 was delivered on 9/22. Since then, it has prematurely rebooted numerous times. Anyone else having this problem?

Not that one have heard of. I would reset and the-pair the watch and if it still does it then talk to Apple
I think the word you’re looking for is spontaneously. But either way, definitely not normal. If you’re using any third party complications you might want to temporarily disable those to see if that makes a difference, but my guess is that there’s something wrong with the watch.
