Anybody else had this......

At 1.00am almost daily my Series 3 Cellular Watch has decided it needs to reboot itself, it's been going on for the past week now and rather annoying

Are there any logs I can get at to see what may be the problem?

I'd be interested to know if anybody else has had this and how you resolved it.

Does this happen when the Apple Watch is on the charger or on your wrist? Is there a certain battery percentage this is happening? You could try a hard reset on the Apple Watch by holding the digital crown and power button for 10 seconds, otherwise a software update might patch the issue, which if it doesn’t, it could be hardware related.

There have been several forum posts about issues like this and several posts like @Freakonomics101 that suggest the watchOS 5 will resolve it. If your warranty is about to be up, you could drop into an Apple store and see what they can do - one member did mentioned that Apple swapped his Watch. If you have time, wait for watchOS 5 to be released and see if that resolves your issues.

It's when I'm wearing it, of course I only notice it when I feel the buzz and then see the Apple Logo -

I'm going to try a hard reset - tonight.

Had this issue with 4.3.2. I tried everything... no fix.

Updated to OS 5... gone.

If the new version 5 fixes it then thats god for me.

Does even swapping the Watch fix it as have seen others who have had 2 -3 replacements and still suffer with the issue, even those who upgraded from Series 1 -3..... It's under Apple Care+ but I'd rather stick with MY Watch than service replacement one, there's nothing quite like the original item you've bought - I was hoping () somebody was going to say I've had that, done this and fixed it.
[doublepost=1536673501][/doublepost]Just a thought...... Why at 1.00am and not during the day, seems strange its always around the same time, in addition my battery's always over 50% - must be something there.

Can I check some logs anywhere - I'm gong to call Apple tonight and I'll update you all

Another member reported that the swap did resolve the issue - at least for the time. Not sure if it has come back of if they are beta testing and was resolved in watchOS 5. Certainly agree with you, why swap if the issue is just going to come back. Typically speaking you will see the latest iDevice OS updates roughly 1 week after the event. So I would expect to see the updates on the 18th or 19th with gold masters released tomorrow post-event.

Time seem completely random as the other member I was referring to, it was happening at 8:15PM and someone else was reporting at or around 4:00PM everyday. Not sure if there is something with the last time it was rebooted, died, or what, but likely completely random.

This started happening to me after loading the latest iPhone beta.

(S3 edition with toy story face)

Only a few more days before the release of the new iOS and watch OS.

Hello Friend, Have you restart your Apple Watch? So first of all, you turning off it after that restart your Apple watch. You had not described here whether your watch is on charging that time or not because sometimes charging also create issue you have to check it out. Otherwise, visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to solve your problem
