Apple Watch returns

I have returned my Apple Watch Stainless Steel due to unforseen allergies that I did not know of on the 22nd December 2015, however to date the Apple Store website still shows Return Request Pending.

Should I be worried?

I'm assuming Apple gave you a tracking # when you shipped it back to them? What's the status on that? If its been received and signed for by Apple give them a call to see why it's still pending otherwise find out where the package is. Also remember it's the holidays.

No, Apple arranged for the courier to come pick it up from me. I have called them and they said it's still with the courier and explicitly told me what I can see from the Order Status page is what the Apple representative can see as well.

I guess I will wait few more days since it's the holidays.

There have been few, if any, app updates since 12/23. So I assume Apple more or less shut down for the Christmas/New Years period. I'm sure you'll hear this week.

Do you have any documentation to back up that the courier picked up the watch? Did you try calling them?
