Hi there,

I would like to ask your suggestions about running with Apple Watch.

Considering the applications, I find the built-in Workout app OK but my consideration is the intervals training.

I found this: Intervals Pro - Workout Timer (https://itunes.apple.com/app/id957586938) which is great but Runkeeper has custom workouts as well. What do you prefer?

p.s. Should I go for a 30 minute run with 15% battery?

Regards

It really depends. How long does 15% usually last you? Are you running outdoors with GPS? If so, bringing your iPhone will/should default to the iPhone's GPS, thus saving battery on the AW. Do you have a BT HR montior? If so, that would/should save battery over the built-in sensor.
