Hi!

I have Apple Music on my iPhone XS and all my playlists do indeed also show on my Series 4 Apple Watch when I go to the Apple Music app on my watch.

I also have the Nike Run Club app on both devices.

When I go to the run icon in the NRC app on my iPhone (the middle running man icon along the bottom) and choose either 'Quickstart' or 'Guided Runs' and press the music icon (located on the right hand side of the 'START' button), the app just then freezes and doesn't proceed to the next page to let me choose any music??

Am I doing something wrong??

I haven’t used NRC in a while but when I did, you didn’t need to hit that button to start your music. If you had music set up in the preferences, it would start automatically once you started a run.

I did just open it and check. When I click on that music button, a screen pops up that allows me to select my music frik my music library. Not sure why it isn’t working for you, but I can verify that what you are seeing is not correct.

I figured out why my app was behaving like this.....

I was going to the Nike Run Club app on my iPhone whilst at the same time listening to some music on my AirPods - so every time I pressed the music button, the app just froze.

When I later tried the same sequences but with no music playing in my AirPods (so Apple Music was off), pressing the music button then worked and opened up a new window allowing me to select a playlist.

Seems like having Apple Music open AND playing at the same time as hitting that Music button, seems to be causing some kind of conflict...

:)
