I upgraded my S0 AW to a S4 with cell, my question is, the cell button is always white and never green. Will it change automatic when I don't have the phone with me? or is the cell even working when its on white?

White is correct when LTE is configured and activated in standby mode. It will only be Green when only LTE is available. You can test by turning off your Bluetooth on your iPhone, and then disabling Wi-Fi on your watch. Your watch should fully powere up LTE in around 45-60 seconds. Green Icon in Control Center or Green dots on Explorer Watch face.

Just turn Bluetooth back on on your iPhone and Wi-Fi back to enabled on your Watch. The Wi-Fi Icon is white in the Control Center when Wi-Fi is in standby and Blue when Wi-Fi is active.
