Anyone else have a problem with their Apple Watch SE intermittently having the display stuck on and also on highest brightness?

I didn't always have this problem, but now at least once a week I notice the display is stuck on and it is very bright. This drains my battery faster than normal, of course.

I cannot figure out how to get it to revert back to normal, but it seems to do it on it's own at some point. I suppose I could just restart the watch, but would like to figure out why it's doing this?
