Apple Watch SE randomly disconnects from my phone?

For two days now whenever I get up in the morning and ready for my walk the watch shows it’s disconnected from my phone (13 Pro Max), but it still says connected on my phone? Turning off and on Bluetooth/wifi and rebooting either device does not fix it, instate it would just randomly connect a few hours later. I never experienced this before in my 3 years of having the SE. Not sure what would cause this.
