Apple Watch Series 2 and 3 rounded corners

Hello, I'm wondering if it could be possible to get a rounded corners screen on the Apple Watch Series 2 and 3 via a software customization. The effect could make "older" Watch models look more like Apple Watch Series 4 even if on the latest Watch the display is completely different. Maybe I'm just dreaming...

Yes, in August 2018 WatchOS 4.1 has been jailbreaked and the instructions are on GitHub
