Can anyone hear electronic noise (coil whine) coming from their watch when you place the face against your ear? Maybe normal, I just find it odd, since my iPhone, iPad pro, all my other portables except laptop are 100% silent. It's not loud or anything, you need to press your ear against the face while the screen is on for it to be audible.

Using LTE model.

I don't have a reason to place the Apple Watch against my ear and I have never heard any noise emitting from My Apple Watch, with the exception of notification sounds.
