Apple Watch series 3 lte playlists

Is there any documentation that states how many gigs of music/playlists you can download to the Watch? I’ve seen so far—8g = 2g of music.What does 16g =, or is it still 2g?

Edit: s/w Apple... 16g = 8g of music. I was told that they are putting out a Article with more detailed info.

I think there's about 15GB available. I have close to 724 (12.9GB) songs on my watch and I still have 1.9 GB left. I do not store any photos. I know Series 2 is larger than Series 1 & 2 because that capped at 2GB.
