Apple Watch Series 3 - Siri question

Hello - I own an Apple Watch 3 GPS only since this morning and I have the following problem with Siri.

When I'm raising the Watch and ask Siri a question she replies instantly but there is almost no voice feedback from her. I can here some sound but the volume is very low and I am not able to understand anything.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I set-up the Watch as a backup from my Series 2.

Use the Digital Crown and Siri will speak louder. Just press in until Siri responds.

Volume is up, and Siri is set-up correctly.

When I say "Hey Siri" the volume is very low. When I press the crown Siri is louder. That's really weird and doesn't make any sense...
