Apple Watch Series 4 3rd Party charger

Has anyone found any 3rd party charging solutions that work on series 4? They work fine on wife’s series 3 but all 3rd party ones have tried start charging then stop and start charging every few seconds.

Is this fixed in series 5 or same? Or is it my watch?
