Apple Watch series 4 - can’t add heart rate to watch face

I wonder if someone know why I cannot add the heart rate to the watch face (infograph), I can only add the heart icon and I have to click into it to check the heart rate. While in the utility watch face, the heart rate on the watch face is actually the real-time heart rate or the most recent measured heart rate.

You can if you position it in the Sub-Dial Top so it curves around the top of the dial. That’s where I have mine.
