Apple Watch Series 4 Charging Time?

I broke down and ordered an Apple Watch Series 4 with LTE and am not waiting for it to arrive. I was just wondering if there are any fast charging options for the device. My research on this shows about an hour and a half to charge and it charges at 5 watts which is the in the box charger. The battery is also 20% smaller.

Is there any way to charge it faster?

I travel a lot, so looking at getting a 3 port charger, so I can charge my iPad, Apple Watch, and iPhone at the same time.

for me it takes around 2 hours for a full charge on 5.0 with the aw4 44mm LTE.

I find that charging it to 50% can last me a whole day ~1 hour. 40MM SS Cellular version.
