Apple watch series 4 completely inaccurate

I have a problem with my AW4. The activity app in completely inaccurate. Flights climbed is totally out of control showing 300 per day when i have only done 2-10. Every time i walk inside the house for example and then i sit down opening the activity shows the correct number of steps i took but the flights climbed goes up by 2 or by 5. I have done everything i found on the web. Unpaired and paired again with iphone, erased and setup as new, reset motion calibration data,activated all the relevant location services on the phone and the watch and still nothing the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this on an AW from any series? Any suggestions? Greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am having the exact same issue with my AW4.

Looking at the health app it seems the issue started on April 13th. Normally average about 8-15 Flights per day then starting on the 13th its up to 90-120 per day.

Anyone else with this issue? Solutions? To the origional poster, any changes in behavior?
