Apple Watch Series 4- heart monitor not working?

Hello all

My Watch series 4 heart rate monitor does not work, the green light is on while performing a check of the pulse. Had a chat with Apple and the diagnostic test was good, but it still doesn’t work?

Anyone else seeing this?

FWIW, if you have a tatoo this can interfere with the watch's ability to obtain a reading. Have you tried testing using another part of your body?
