So the blood oxygen feature they introduced with the Series 6 really does interest me as someone who likes looking after my health. For now, while the actual utility of the feature seems to be limited, maybe one day it'll very much come in handy.
I notice on days where I just don't get enough sleep the night before / otherwise feel tired, the percentage has a tendency to drop to the low 90's, sometimes a bit lower than that, but if I'm feeling great, then its 100% or close to that, and I notice I'm much more productive at work too.
Have any of you noticed any particular patterns of observations with taking a blood oxygen measurement?
