Apple Watch Series 8 running watchOS 9.1 showing wrong contact photo for missed calls

I've noticed that my Apple Watch Series 8 which is running watchOS 9.1 is showing wrong contact photos for missed calls.

In the screenshot below from my Apple Watch, that missed call from David (first missed call notification from top to bottom) is showing Bob's contact photo.

The missed call from Bob (second missed call notification from top to bottom) correctly shows Bob's contact photo.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What's the best way to report this to Apple?

It's not a huge deal so I don't want to spend half an hour filing a bug report.

Also there is a similar bug with Snapchat notifications on Apple Watch Series 8.

I really wish they had watchOS 9.1 as one of the options in the drop-down menu given that it has already been released.

See below.

They stopped at watchOS 9.0.

Maybe I need to report a problem on that as well. 🤣🤣
