Apple Watch stuck on charge screen

Looking for some repair advice. My Apple Watch series 5 is stuck on this screen.

Did you try hard resetting it? Press down the crown and side button simultaneously until the Apple logo shows up

Yes. Nothing. I did some research and this was an issue with a small number of the S5s. Still under warranty. Gonna swap it out Sunday.
