Apple Watch System, Anomalies

I have found after downloading Apple Watch Apps they take an awful long time to install. In addition to installation time most of the apps disappear off the device as if they were never installed.

I even verified in the Apple Watch App that the app should be installed.

Anyone else having the same issue?
