Apple watch time lapse goof

I have an Apple watch. I like it. I just did the upgrade to OS 2. Worked OK after an opening glitch.I was using the Mack Lake time lapse as a watch face. I wanted to see what the other time lapse faces were like and, instead, I managed to delete the Mack Lake piece. I also did not find the other time lapse segments which are supposedly available.after
SO....how do I access those segments (NY, Paris, Shanghai, etc)? How do I get Mack Lake back?

Force Touch on the watch face to bring up the face selector. Go all the way to the right till you see the "+" symbol. You can add back the Mack Lake. To choose whatever time lapse face, Force Touch and select Customize, then use the Digital Crown to scroll through them.
