Has anyone discovered any tips or cool things you can do with the Apple Watch that you did not realize? I am always looking for new ways to use the watch.

I just discover that on watchOS 4 there are both Apple Music *and* Now Playing complications.

Double-tap the face during a workout to mark a new Segment.

This is different from watchOS 4's ability to track different workouts in sequence in a single session. You can use Segments to keep track of your intervals, or when you switched from doing lower body to upper body, or whatever.

I didn't even know that you could have segments! Thanks!

I didn’t either! I can’t remember why I double-tapped it — probably just by accident — but when I saw it say, “Segment 1”, I said, “Whaaaa..?”

Then I double-tapped it again, creating my shortest-ever workout segment, something like 8 seconds long. :-D
