I'm happy about the test of the HRM. They say they got the same results as using a Polar chest strap. For those of you that get poor results, you should experiment with how tight the band is, and even moving it up and down the arm a bit.
The band should be tight enough so it doesn't move around yet not so tight that it constricts the blood flow.
