Anyone order an Ultra with AC+ and get a billing problem for AC+? Got shipping notification email for the Watch this morning at around 8am and about an hour and then two hours later, got emails saying there was a billing problem for the AC+ only.
Both emails were blank with only the words “Billing Problem” as the subject. I called them and they said it was canceled but could not tell me why. It was definitely not an insufficient funds issue. I like to have it already set up when I unbox but can’t repurchase AC+ prior to me receiving the Watch. Need serial #.
