Apple Watch Ultra Action Button Anodising

This is going to sound like a strange question, but my return window is coming up so wanted to check.

When viewing the action button from various angles does the anodising look rather thin? As in looking rather translucent and only really bright opaque orange when viewed directly on?

Cool, so changes as you move it from a light orange (almost grey orange in dull light) to vibrant ornage depending on light?

Not looked at it in that respect. The orange is not a solid opaque orange color. I wish it would have just been the same color as the watch. It has kind of a cheap feeling to me.
