I've been using my Apple Watch Ultra 2 every day since launch day (22nd September 2023) and have just ordered the Ultra 3. Which got me thinking...
I often check the battery health and cycles on my phone, but rarely for my watch. I'm currently at 87% for 394 cycles.
I consider myself a heavy user, but of course that's subjective.
You can get the battery health in Settings > Battery on the Watch.
Optional:
If you want to get the cycles, it's a bit trickier. You need to go to settings on the paired iPhone > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
You then need to look for the most recent analytics file which will look something like this: "Analytics-yyyy-mm-dd-xxxxxx.ips.ca.synced"
Then hit the share button. Save the file.
You might be able to open it in on your iPhone, but if not, textedit on the Mac will work.
You're looking for: "last_value_CycleCount":xxx
