Apple Watch Ultra draining while charging

I got my watch at launch and the Ultra had the open ring and I get that. It’ll initially charge to 95% and according to Apple, it’ll be about 80%. Well, today it just kept draining to 60% and 70% yesterday. Is this normal? The watch is fully updated. What’s going on?
