Today I took took the AWU for it's first spin and decided to go on a route that ran through dense woodland with the occasional clearing. I have to say I'm very impressed with the accuracy compared to the AW6 I have. The recorded track was right above the trail when viewing it on the satellite image. No crazy diversions and it picked up every time I took a small diversion off the route with little to no smoothing of the recorded track.

I'll be putting it through some tougher tests later this month when I head up to the Scottish Highlands for a bit of hiking and climbing in the mountains etc. Previously the routes would show us dropping off the edge of cliffs and suddenly climbing back up 😂
