Apple Watch Ultra Sound Issue

Just noticed an issue with sound on my Apple Watch Ultra when receiving notifications. Sometimes it sounds like there is some distortion to the notification sound. It's not all of the time, but it happens occasionally. I also noticed that when I have the sound muted, the vibration for notifications acts up as well.

Anyone else experiencing this?

No, but I installed the update that addresses that immediately.

Figured it out. It wasn't actually a sound issue but a band issue. The Alpine Loop doesn't have tight fit with the watch, which leads to the metal on metal to rattle causing the noises I was hearing.
