Apple - "We are holding your reservation"??

"We are holding your reservation"

Anyone else get this? Seems apple could not contact AT&T when I went back in to order my wifes phone. It says it has reserved a phone for her and when they can connect to AT&T i will get an email to then proceed with the order.
Did also say delivery date of 9/21 on the page that said "we have an Iphone for you"

So should I be worried? Do we have the phone?
Cant go back in and try as it comes up that we have the phone reserved.

We used the same apple ID for both phones too, but here phone number. Hope thats not an issue
