Apple website preorder for AT&T: Why only Contract free and Next?

What happened to the 2 year contract price? Its just the Contract-free (ful price) and the Next.
For my own reasons, I usually do the 2yr/contract price. I am hoping I am missing something, and they are not forcing, or eliminating that method of subsidy.

That's odd. Why would Apple advertise 2/yr contract price at the keynote, but then only have Next available as a subsidy?

This isn't new, at&t changed policy months ago. Your bill also goes up if you pick 2 year contract from at&t.
