I am getting the same message - they are probably overloaded trying to update everyone's status now that the plant seems to be open again.
Hi all,
the message I'm currently getting is that 'We can't find any orders from the last 18 months'. That's quite disturbing.
I ordered my 6+ right after it became available on the 25th and it's gone to 'Preparing for shipment' on Thursday evening.
Not only that I've never been in this stage for more than 24h before, the fact that my 6+ order doesn't appear anywhere anymore is really weird!

Yep same thing happened with me. ALL my previous orders have disappeared from the Orders page, including the 2 iPhone 6 Plus orders that I had in the 'Preparing for Shipment' stage.
I am not sure what you are buying or requesting. In terms of software or hardware.
But all servers seem to be in order.
