Apple Wired Keyboard

I'm interested in ordering the apple wired keyboard online. Everywhere I look has 2 keyboards with the numeric pad, but I'm having trouble finding the difference between the 2. Is one an older model? Can someone please elaborate and link me to the better one if theres a difference?

Maybe it has to do with the Lion minor key differences?

Not sure which models you're seeing, but the Apple website says that the current model number is MB110LL/B. Any other model numbers will be older models.
