Hey everyone,

1. I'm wondering if Apple will, after introduction of Thunderbolt, update its wireless devices, i.e. Airport Express, Extreme & Time Capsule ?

2. How do you guys think iCloud will effect on those devices when you can back-up your data wirelessly? Is there any HD storage needed at all? I have two external HDs (500GB & 1TB) and could get rid of one with an iCloud account.

Thx for any help.

What would be the point of updating a wireless device with a hard-wire connection?

I wouldn't put any personal or important documents to the cloud, just because I do not trust cloud servers..
I rather would back-up pics, Mail, Calendar, Email, Music, etc

The point of using hard-wire HDs is to store the docs which I don't want to put on the cloud. Also, its always safe to have a 'second' back-up on your external HD.

what you think?
