Apple Wireless Keyboard F7/F8/F9 not working

Hello,

So I've recently updated my iMac to High Sierra through the Mac App Store and since doing so, when playing music through iTunes I can longer use F7/F8 or F9 to control the music. Has anyone else had this issue?

All other keys work fine, just seems to be these three :/

Can you use the "application shortcuts" feature of the "Keyboard" preference pane to set up these keys...?

Just updated from Sierra to High Sierra. In iTunes my F7 F8 F9 (RW, pause, FF) were working an hour ago now they are DEAD IN THE WATER. Help!

Closed and re-opened iTunes and it fixed it. And it broke again just as fast, closing and reopening does nothing now.
