Apple wireless keyboard good for lap typing on bed?

I have a 24" iMac which is so big I can slide it around my desk and use it from my bed. I have the apple wired keyboard at my desk which I like because it has the special keys like number pad, etc. I currently use my old bluetooth key board (the white one) when I'm on my bed but it's a bit bulky. Does anyone know if the wireless keyboard would be good for use on a bed?
