Hi, I have not used my wireless keyboard for a long time. Just took it out and paired with my MBP 2010 17" running 10.11.3 Pairing worked immediately but the keyboard very often miss keystokes (e.g. I typed five letters and it missed one). Is there a way to fix this?

Did you replace the batteries before using it? You said it was unused for a long time. Batteries might be weak.
