I've finally decided that I want a wireless keyboard for my Mac Pro to sit about ten feet away from the machine. But I don't want a wireless mouse. The Apple wireless keyboard has 2 USB ports on it. Will a wired optical mouse work on this?

My Apple wireless keyboard doesn't have any USB ports on it, and I'm pretty sure none of them ever have had - I don't see how you could connect a USB port on the keyboard to the main machine via bluetooth...
I've had both the new and old Apple wireless keyboards, and neither of them have USB ports on them.
::sigh:: Apple's Store website confuses things by having an ad for the wired keyboard on it, touting 2 USB ports. Thanks for pointing that out.
