Looks like Apple won another court decision today

You can argue about 1st amendment rights but the judge clearly called it out as have nothing to do with protecting a reports sources.

Unless this gets over turned, I predict some firing in the very near future, I think those people better find a new job fast before apple finds out who they are.
 
"Apple's interests in protecting its trade secrets outweighed the public interest in the information." Basically meaning that just because you post annoymously, doesn't mean you can break an NDA agrement, which is probably how this info got onto the rumor site. So NDA's do stand up in court.

Firing is the least of their problems. The civil and criminal penalties are what I'd be concerned with.
