Apple Won't Let Me See My Order Status

Over the past couple of days, Apple won't let me see the Status of my new iMac Order. I just keep getting the following message:

Did not receive any response from application. It is possible that the application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect.

I ordered iMac on 1/7/2002 and have been checking the status daily.

Any ideas on what is happening??

Sounds like something needs to be rebooted...

Possibly the Apple servers are being overtaxed by thousands upon thousands of users hitting the order status sites every 20 minutes to find out the exact second that they can get their hands on their new machines?

Trash your apple.com cookies and log back into the apple store using your apple ID

Great suggestion, but... I tried it three times; unfortunately it didn't work.

Any other thoughts... anyone,... anyone...?
