So I've been using my AW Sport since getting it on launch day and it has certainly made me more conscious of exercising and being more active. I think the activity rings are a brilliant way to represent activity but I'm finding the Workout app a little basic (I also hate how the only customisation in Activity is calorie goals - not something I'm interested in).
So regarding third party apps, which are the best for a twice a week casual jogger? And can any of them feed data into the Activity rings? Its a real shame that they can't use the HR monitor because I love checking that whilst I'm running too.
